There is a nice 3 miles I can do right outside my house. I can get it done in about an hour or less but don't have time before work right now due to the late sunrise.
Today I captured a beautiful sunrise over the McDowell Mountains.
The other photos are of my hiking shoes, Brooks Cascadia, and the hiking belt I use to carry my phone and other small items to keep my hands free.
Sunrise is my favorite time of day.
I wish I had such a gorgeous trail close by! Next weekend, I think we are heading to the Superstitions. I'm sure you told me, but do you have a Camelpak? REI has a few on clearance.
ReplyDeleteI have a camelbak (although it is currently in Tempe with some college students) but need a bigger bladder for the one I have for our trip.
ReplyDeleteIt is nice to be able to walk right out the back of the neighborhood and there is the canal with Reach 11 park on the other side. I could walk from Cave Creek to Scottsdale Rd if I had the time but being able to just get 3 miles done in less than an hour is great.
