Taking a Break
The kids and I are on vacation in California. Therefore, I'm taking a break from real life and doing nothing.

It's Sunrise Again
I has a quick walk yesterday and saw a beautiful sunrise and a fat cat.
I have to brag for a moment and say I exercised over 150 miles and over 1000 minutes just month. It's so amazing for me to see that number since only 6 months ago I was shooting for 270 minutes in a month. Oh how life changes. I'm proud of myself and getting closer to being ready for the grand canyon.
